The land is located about 20 km from Grândola towards the sea and has an area of 22.3 Ha, in a landscape with gentle slopes and scattered patches of trees. Next to the entrance to the property there are two buildings nearby, on top of a hill, and to the south there are two other precarious adobe buildings. 
The program foresaw twenty-three rooms distributed in seven houses and a central swimming pool, for collective use; it was also part of the program that part of the houses would be of prefabricated wooden construction.
The pool was “naturally” located in an amphitheater with a gentle slope and opening to the south, which is located in a central position on the plot. The existing buildings on the hill are being recovered and one of the adobe buildings will be converted into a common room, overlooking the pool. Next to this existing house, we propose the construction of a new one, which will thus work in “pair”, like the two houses at the entrance.
For the location of the 5 wooden houses, we looked for the natural places of the land, where the orography is favorable and the slopes are gentler.
The access road is essential as it defines two distinct areas from the entrance: the wooden houses, towards West, and the whitewashed houses, towards East. The design of the access road to the wooden houses is developed in a festoon and the houses are located on the west side, seeking to ensure that the visual relationship between them is non-existent.
