The built environment is dominated by small houses, of very different typology, morphology and construction date.  This is an uncharacteristic area where there is no built-in reference nearby. In view of the size of the plot, its orientation and the requested program, we chose to build a volume at the highest point of the land, away from the street, thus allowing most of the free land to face south, where they open generously. the common spaces of the house to the garden.
