It is a single-family single-family building, with a backyard occupied by illegal constructions. It is located on a street in the historic center of Leça da Palmeira, about 100 meters from the beach.
Due to the small size of the lot, it was decided to recover the building maintaining the original architectural reading and the demolition of all the annexes of the patio.
The state of conservation was pre-ruin, so the roof was redone and the outer walls were consolidated by filling in hollows and peripheral reinforcement. Inside, a shooting ladder was launched to make use of the attic, extending the construction on one side of the patio and tearing up the rear facade towards the garden.
